GOLD PROGRAM
This highest level focuses on assisting those wrestlers who expect to win, place or qualify for their HS State Finals and/or better prepare to wrestle in college. Usually Grades 9th-College participate in the Gold Program.

SILVER PROGRAM
Designed for wrestlers who have made the commitment to train and prepare for a successful high school career, middle school season and/or competing on a youth national level. Usually grades 3rd - 8th participate in the Silver Program.

BRONZE PROGRAM
This program focuses on assisting wrestlers to improve beyond the basic skills and preparing them for the next level. Most students in this program are of elementary pre-school ages and seek to supplement their club training. Usually grades K-3rd participate in the Bronze Program.

Practices which fall on a major holiday are cancelled.
