The Bronze Division (K-6th) dual season will compete in a “folkstyle/hs” format in Januray & February. The Silver Division (6th-8th) dual season will compete in a “takedown tournament” format in April & May. And the Gold Division (8th-12th) dual season will compete in a “freestyle” format in June & July.
Each division will support (8) teams of 18 matches (9 blocked weight classes, 2 wrestlers per block).

Each team must submit a team roster each week to the opposing team leader and scorekeeper 15 minutes prior to competition. Weights of each wrestler on the roster must have been verified within 6 days prior to the schedule competition.
